Alba House is an elegant, Victorian-era Guest House located just a 10 minute drive from the city centre on Craigmillar Park. 

Alba House is situated on the south side of the city and is a great base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It is well served by local transport. Edinburgh University (Kings Buildings), The Royal Observatory, The Medical School and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary are all close by. There are several great pubs and local restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a local shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away.

Being a Victorian villa, no two bedrooms are the same, however, all bedrooms have lots of character, most with high ceilings and intricate cornice work. Our two classic rooms on the second floor are smaller in size, have cosy coombed ceilings and are probably not suited to guests with limited mobility or oversized luggage.

All rooms include free Wifi, complimentary breakfast, ensuite bathrooms and flat screen televisions.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
